All scripts received will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. No details of any story or production will be passed on to any third party by your consultant without your prior agreement.

However, it should also be understood that other writers and producers can often be developing similar material by coincidence. Since your consultant is working with numerous clients there is therefore always some possibility of cross over between ideas. In the unlikely event that your consultant becomes aware of a significant similarity between your project and another already in development you will be informed immediately and your material can be returned without being read or analysed in full, (along with your cheque). Writers submitting work acknowledge this possibility.
