Sometimes talking face to face, (or over the phone), can be a more constructive form of development than written reports alone. This is because it allows the consultant to ask the writer about aspects of the script and their intentions, where these may not be coming across in the current draft. It is this meeting between a writer’s intention and audience perception that most accurately highlights areas for development. These can be more swiftly identified and understood by both writer and consultant with the opportunity to have a positive dialogue about the work.

Meetings can be tailored to requirements from a 1 hour phone conversation to an ongoing series of face to face development discussions. If you have funding for an ongoing script mentor a variety of meetings, reports and phone/email support can be arranged to suit your specific project and budget.

For producers and screen agencies further services are available - such as feedback to a number of writers on a scheme, or ongoing development regarding a slate of projects or series. Please contact us to discuss your requirements, or request a CV.

Over all we’re happy to discuss your needs and negotiate arrangements and fees for any work.
